Registering Online for Warranty
Register online to receive a one year warranty effective from the date of purchase. This option is FREE and must be done within 30 days of purchase date. Any defects resulting from manufacturing of insoles will be replaced by simply calling our customer service line. (Please see back of insole packaging for complete care and warranty details) You must send your clean damaged insoles along with $8.95 Shipping and Handling fee for the replacement pair. Warranty does not include replacement of any kind including, but not limited to, any personal items such as socks or shoes in case of their defect but does warranty the Healthy Feet Solutions™ Massaging Insoles. If defect occurs, there are No Refunds only a replacement pair will be offered as described above.
